All rates are individually based on the circumstances, budget and coaching need for each individual. Rates can vary from 50-350 dollars a month. Plans can include the following elements: monthly training plans, weekly consultation, daily consultation, HR analysis, Power Analysis, Power and Threshold Testing, Powertrainer Testing, coaches rides, nutrition analysis, and race specific strategy.
I don’t have a set minimum or cost system, rather I work with the individual to create a coaching plan that best meets their needs for their budget.
Due to my other time constraints, I only take on a limited number of athletes. It my mission to provide the utmost service to the few, rather mediocre service to the many.
