Over Training on the Bike – Too Fast, Too Fast

I posted last March/April about over doing it too early.  Fortunately/unfortunately we have been having crazy warm weather in Colorado coupled with no precip along the front range.  This has resulted in the perfect January for going for 5 hour rides in the mountains.  Which can be the last thing your knee joint needs or your achilles tendon is ready for.

So be careful out there and try not to put yourself behind.  Most local folks won’t be racing until April, although I may be racing as soon as this weekend!
